CONTINEWM USA is proud to announce we have been accepted into the NYC Accelerator Service Provider Program. NYC Accelerator is a program of the NYC Mayor’s Office of Climate & Environmental Justice designed to mobilize real estate stakeholders on a pathway to decarbonization, meet compliance with local building energy laws, and improve the health and safety of New York City’s one million buildings.
As a NYC Accelerator service provider, CONTINEWM USA will support projects that reduce energy and water consumption and lower New York City's carbon emissions by providing CONTINEWM Nets, an energy-saving technology for HVAC systems.

An accelerator program is a support program designed to accelerate the growth of startup companies. CONTINEWM USA was awarded this badge, qualifying it to support the implementation of energy improvements in buildings in New York City. CONTINEWM USA was officially launched on the NYC Accelerator platform on September 29, 2025.
